Cary Cohen did a 3/4 day hoping to get a sailfish or a marlin release - he went one better and got both! We also saw yellowfin tuna but couldnt get one to bite. The marlin ate a big lure and we estimated it at 110 lb. |

Slow afternoon trip for Sandals guests until a 150 lb blue marlin came up on a big lure and took off! The fight was made harder by the hook ending up on the shoulder of the fish.. |

Lots of bait, calm blue water, dolphins and even a sperm whale seen this morning for Craig, Noel and Max. Small mahi caught first then 2 sailfish came up, we hooked one for Craig which was released after a short fight. |

This mornings trip was mostly whale watching as we saw 4 sperm whales. Right at the end we picked up a lovely 47lb wahoo too for Sandals guests. |

This morning Sandals guests had some good action although 2 good fish escaped! We found birds at 14 miles with porpoise and occasional yellowfin sighted. First bite though was probably a sailfish and came off quickly. 2nd strike seemed to be a yellowfin tuna but again pulled off after a minute. On the way back a nice blue marlin ate the joe yee super plunger and gave a good 30 minute fight before being released e 275-300 lb for the happy/tired angler! |

Went looking for yellowfin tuna today and failed. Didnt matter though as Stewart had a 90 minute fight with a nice blue marlin that we estimated at 475 lb !! |

Sandals clients Sherry and Rick experienced a heavy rain squall early in the trip which forced us to head inshore to avoid it. Whilst inshore we decied to just try for wahoo in the constant rain. Proved to be a good choice with a 45 lb one for Jack and a 22lb one for Sherry - all to celebrate the 4th of July! |

Whilst running out this morning we saw a large wahoo jump - we fished that area and 20 minutes later caught a 48lb wahoo. Couldnt get any more bites there so headed out deeper and released a sailfish! |

Slow start to the trip this morning but then we spotted birds on tuna running back inshore - followed them and got a yellowfin tuna that later weighed 148 lb for Sandals clients! |

Sandals clients this morning had a sailfish on for quite a while that ate a marlin lure but eventually the hook pulled. Later we hooked 2 small mahi but lost one. Finally closer another sailfish ate a bait and was released for Hunter. |

Mike Kaufmann tried offshore fishing for the first time today and had begiiners luck big time! After missing a couple of sailfish hits we got a 139 lb yellowfin tuna and after that had a double header of mahi to 25lb and later a smaller one too. great day |

Todays clients had a memorable day starting witha sailfish release before all lines were in. Later lots of yellowfin tuna were seen and fished for but the only bites were from sailfish (lost one) and dorado (lost one then got a quadruple header!). Finally another sail was caught on way back |
